DISSEMINATION PLAN from MARCH TO NOVEMBER 2009 PARTNER:
NORTH WEST ACADEMY
1) 20th to the 22nd of October, in Pavia (Italy) during a Partnership project “Creating a steady mobility partnership” in which some hours were invested to present to the participant the TACTIC project
2) 04th and the 07th November 2009; 2 marketing meetings were held in Poland, the first in Katowice and the second in Krakow. During these meetings the participants were presented the TACTIC project.
3) 08th and the 10th of December 2009 in Derry (Northern Ireland); the meeting was held in NWA office as part of a Partnership project “Creating a steady mobility partnership” but an extra day has been added to the programme in order to allow the participant to become aware of the TACTIC Project. and its results. This was an international meeting and signatures of people present during the one day seminar have been collected.
4) 16th and the 18th of February 2010; the meeting was carried out in Vicenza (Italy) as part of a Partnership project “Equamob” in which some hours were invested to present to the participant the TACTIC project.
5) 20 April 2009 – Rzeszow Poland in the occasion of the “Creating a steady mobility partnership” project, International meeting Youth centres, community organizations and schools from Italy, Latvia and Poland met. During the meeting the TACTIC manual was presented to the partners participating to the meeting.
6) 24/07/2009 Queen's university meeting with ECOTEC (Leonardo da Vinci national agency) and several organization that received funding for Leonardo da Vinci Partnership project. During the meeting following the results of the projects the North West Academy has been granted the dissemination of the TACTIC project (with distribution of the manual) will be carried out to all the organization participating to the regional meeting.
7) August 2009 (date to be finalised) meeting in Derry Northern Ireland. With the occasion of the "Equamob" project International meeting, the project partnership which involve partners from Italy, Spain and Slovenia will receive a copy of the manual and a firts explination on its use. (expectation: 10/20 copies of the manual to be distributed). This meeting will be advertised among all the organizations that in UK and Ireland have worked or are currently working with mobility projects as a regional meeting.
8)August 2009 (date to be finalised) meeting in Derry Northern Ireland. With the occasion of the "Creating a steady mobility partnership" project, the project partnership which involves youth centres, community organizations and schools from Italy, Latvia and Poland will receive a training on the use of the manual (expectation: 10/20 copies of the manual to be distributed), this meeting will be advertised among all the organizations that in UK and Ireland have worked or are currently working with mobility projects as a regional meeting.
9) September 2009 (date to be finalised) Vicenza - Italy. With the occasion of the "Equamob" project International meeting“Equamob” partners will meet. In this occasione review on use of the Manual for old partners and presentation of the project and Manual to new partners will be carried out - expected attendance 10 partners
10) October 2009 (date to be finalised) Zemgale- Latvia, With the occasion of the “Creating a steady mobility partnership” project Youth centres, community organizations, schools that cover the role of intermediary, and or sending and receiving organization Review on use of the Manual for old partners and presentation of the project and Manual to new partners - expected attendance 10 partners.
11)Dissemination has been done through a mail shot to disseminate the project, project results and regional event to 145 contacts in UK and Ireland from organization that are currently managing or managed mobility projects. The mail shot have been carried out in the following dates:
04/08/2008 (communication on project start and purpose)
16/04/2009 (communication of manual dissemination and regional meetings)
08/06/2009 (reminder of manual finalization and regional meetings)
12) Dissemination activities of the TACTIC project are done constantly by explaining tutor accompanying group about the project and Manual. List of tutors who are receiving the manual is available.
13) Tactic project is advertised on school web site www.northwestacademy.net
