Xena centro scambi e dinamiche interculturali (centre for intercultural exchanges and dynamics), based in Padua, Italy, is a non-profit association for the social promotion. Its main objective is to improve the level of contact and interaction amongst different cultures. Founded in 1995, it works in the field of intercultural and non-formal education, vocational training, information and guidance, promotion of active citizenship, mainly for the youth.  Since then it has promoted both local and international projects, especially in the frame of European Programmes  (currently "Youth in Action", “Lifelong Learning”: “Leonardo da Vinci”, “Grundtvig”). Since 2000 it is a member of the information network Eurodesk. It is a trmobility.
Amongst other activities it is currently working in a Grundtvig project on the intercultural competencies of European project coordinators in adult education.

TACTIC project dissemination: 

- Creation of specific area in Xena’s website; 

- information to the members of the Eurodesk network (by intranet and emails);
 
- information to many partners in Italy and abroad presenting the project by a specific email.
 
- invitations to various local partners in order to get an official intro and training to the use of the Manual (by a specific email) and involvement for getting feedbacks after the use of the tool.
A positive reply has been received by Servizio Stage e Mondo del Lavoro Universita' degli Studi di Padova (Internship and Labour Market Service Department - Padua University) with the organisation of a dedicated meeting targeting the relevant guidance experts and workers of the office together with their board director; held in the morning of May 14th 2009.

A further occasion was (June 12th) the presentation to students, teachers and interested people at Padua University-barcamp Intercultur@ organised by the master of intercultural studies. The report was also available online, to potential stakeholders outside the university.

On June 18th support to the Presentation (by the partner Centro Studi Pluriversum) at IX Congresso Nazionale (SIO National Conference) “Orientamento alla Scelta: Ricerche, Formazione, Applicazioni”.

Dissemination activities took place in the frame of local events during the 2° semester of 2009, i.e. with high schools working in international mobility.

Amongst them the most fruitful was the workshop held in Padua on December the 15th, with the participation of host families, companies and participants, focusing on various aspects of the Leonardo da Vinci mobility experience, including the intercultural elements implied.

TACTIC was presented in all international and local events with potential stakeholders.
